Apply to Tutor
The foundations of our provision are based in secure, trusting relationships and this starts with our own team.

Apply
Submit your application through our website. Once we’ve received your application, our recruitment team will carefully review it. If your experience and skills align with what we’re looking for, you’ll be invited to the next stage.
Interview
Interviews are conducted online to make the process smooth and efficient. We’ll discuss your SEN experience, motivations for joining SENse Learning, safeguarding knowledge, and how you align with our ethos. The interview is a two-way conversation. It’s also your opportunity to learn about us and decide whether SENse Learning is the right fit for you, so come prepared with questions!
Safer Recruitment Checks
Successful interviewees will be invited to complete a full application form. At this stage, we’ll collect documentation, qualifications, DBS and references to ensure compliance. 4. Working with Us
