Location: Hybrid Remote
Working pattern: Full time, 37.5. Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for 12 months with potential to become permanent.
Responsible to: Business Development Manager

The Referrals Assistant Position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of an organisation committed to providing high quality and bespoke education packages to children and young people who are out of school or struggling to attend. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Referral Team members to ensure seamless information sharing and cohesive workflows
- Data Management: Enter and update data accurately and within appropriate timescales, using our CRM system
- Communication: Regular liaison and communication with our associates regarding timetables, student information, and any changes that may occur, ensuring effective communication within the team
- Communication: Regular liaison with commissioners on the status of their referral
- Documentation: Manage student files ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
- Resource Creation: Create welcome booklets and transition timetables, ensuring timely sharing with the team and parents/carers
- Scheduler Manager: Support with updating the scheduler, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the Referrals Team and our associates
- Change Management: Assist in managing associate and team changes for existing students, ensuring a smooth transition
- Parent Communication: Assist in some parent communication on the status of their young person in the referrals process
- Oversight and Records: Support in maintaining oversight of all students on our waiting list and available associates
- Ad Hoc Tasks: You may be asked to carry out occasional ad hoc home visits, when needed, contributing to the efficiency of the Referrals Team
- Efficiency and Quality: Contribute to ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient Referrals Team, maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders
